1 large (2 small) really ripe finely chopped tomato (the ones you usually get in a Turkish shop)
1 clove of crushed garlic
A squeeze of tomato sauce (ketchup!)
1. Heat the oil in a wok or the like
2. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and garlic
3. After a couple of ,minutes add the ketchup and cook a further 3/4 minutes stiring occasionally
serve with pasta and a sprinkling of cheese.
