Kinder Kitchen Healthy Kids Recipe - milkshake for toddlers

Berry delight

My one year old is not drinking his milk at the moment so I am making him daily milkshakes so that he gets the milk he needs to help him grow. It is the season for summer berries so all is good!


Ingredients:

A handful of strawberries
A handful of blueberries
Half a banana chopped
1/5 muh of milk

Method:
  1. Wash the fruit and place in a container with the banana.
  2. Add the milk and blend with a hand blender
  3. Add a little more milk if you would prefer the shake to be a little runnier.
Kinder Kitchen Suggestion:
You could add a spoonful of honey to make it a little sweeter
