Kinder Kitchen nutritional tip - sesame seeds

Sesame seeds
My kids love home made fish fingers or chicken breast in breadcrumbs. I like to add sesame seeds to the breadcrumbs as they add a lovely nutty flavour, give the coating more of a crisp and are very nutritional.

Nutrients: Source of calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, vitamin B1, zinc, dietary fiber, manganese, copper
