Leaves from a few sprigs of fresh thyme or a teaspoon of dried thyme
Pepper to season

  1. Chop the onion and in a saucepan fry with the garlic and thyme gently in a little oil
  2. Add a tablespoon of tomato puree and cook gently for 5 minutes
  3. Add the tin of tomatoes and add some pepper
  4. After 15 minutes add the fish cut into squares into the sauce
  5. Place a  lid on the saucepan and simmer for another ten minutes.
Serve with freshly cooked rice.

Great recipe. All my three children loved this. I did not add the garlic this time. My youngest one does not like it that much in her food. How can I get her used to it? any ideas would be appreciated...

Do not false it on to her. She will get used to it over time. Try her again in a couple of weeks. If she rejects it try it again a couple of weeks after. If still then maybe she just does not like it.
