½ a medium onion chopped finely
1 small crushed clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of ketchup (for children over 1 year old)
1 tablespoon tomato puree
4 sprigs of fresh thyme or a tablespoon of dried thyme
Method:
Serving suggestions:
Serve with rice, couscous, pitta bread, grilled meat or fish.
